I met friends for drinks on Saturday night, slept like a normal each night, and even made a trip to the local street fair, Seventh Heaven, and purchased two hats for the low low price of $10! Some day I will crack the half-way mark!

Tenth Annual 48 Hour Book Challenge

Oh, boy. I may have selected too many books for the 48 Hour Book Challenge.

In addition to the ones pictured, I also have The Name of The Wind fired up and ready to go in my Audible app. My phone is also holding some ebooks, notably Gail Carriger's Finishing School series start starts with Etiquette & Espionage.

Unlike previous 48HBCs, I don't have much planned this weekend, other than reading. Perhaps a few errands -- cleaning, laundry, etc -- that can be done while listening to Nick Podehl narrate.

For now, my plan is to start Friday evening and to try to read more than half the time. It seems totally easy, right?

Start: 8:00pm Friday
Finish: 8:00pm Sunday
Goal: 25 Hours
